ETC develops and evaluates advanced robotics and autonomous systems (RAS) to address complex operational challenges for U.S. Department of Defense partners, including the DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory (ARL), and industry collaborators. Our team delivers hands-on research, rapid prototyping, integration, and rigorous testing to accelerate the transition of emerging technologies from concept to mission-ready capabilities.
We emphasize mission-driven solutions that ensure autonomous systems perform reliably in operationally relevant environments—contested, degraded, or dynamic settings—under realistic constraints such as limited communications, GPS-denied conditions, and multi-domain operations. Through rapid experimentation, iterative development, and data-driven validation, ETC helps partners de-risk investments, demonstrate performance, and inform technology acquisition decisions.
