Mr. Brough supports ETC’s strategic growth, engineering and business initiatives, expanding partnerships across the Department of Defense and accelerating the transition of innovative technologies from concept to operational capability. He collaborates closely with government, industry, and research organizations to identify mission needs, shape emerging opportunities, and deliver solutions that strengthen national security.

Jeb brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience spanning defense technology, energetic materials, weapons systems engineering, business development, and technology transition. Prior to joining ETC, he held senior leadership roles in private industry and spent 17 years with the Naval Surface Warfare Centers at Indian Head and Dahlgren, where he led multidisciplinary teams advancing warhead, missile, energetic materials, and insensitive munitions technologies.

He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
