Mark Simione brings a wealth of experience to ETC as a CFO/CAO in the government contracting space as well as the nonprofit arena. Prior to joining ETC’s Board of Directors in 2025, Mark served for almost 15 years as chief financial and administrative officer for Noblis, a large nonprofit research firm that supports federal agencies. Before that position, Mark was CFO for Mitretek, which was rebranded and renamed to Noblis in 2007.
