Joseph (Joe) Carlini joined the Board of Directors of ETC in 2025. Joe had a 19-year career at SAIC before founding McKean Defense Group in 2006, a defense contractor specializing in surface ship readiness for the U.S. Navy. He served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of McKean until his retirement in 2021. In addition to ETC, Joe also serves as a Board member or advisor to five other companies.
