Stacy is an Outreach Specialist for ETC, supporting the Army Research Laboratory’s initiatives. Her primary responsibilities include planning and developing the curriculum for RoboMasters and other ARL STEM Programs at the Robotics Research and Collaboration Campus (R2C2) in Middle River, MD, and teaching these programs. Before joining ETC, she spent 13 years as an elementary educator. Ms. Hackbarth holds a Master of Arts in STEM Education from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education from Towson University.
