Mr. Stiegler is an experienced Naval Program manager for the DDR&E National Defense Education Program and served as a Naval Systems Command’s technical and program analyst responsible for developing and executing Naval educational outreach for K-12. He provides expert support in the strategic planning and implementation of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) educational outreach programs. He provides technical, analytical, and program development expertise for developing viable technology programs leveraging existing investments, including SBIR, ONR, and DARPA efforts. Robert has a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology, a Master of Business Administration, and a Post Graduate Certificate of Public Administration and Policy Analysis.
