Matthew Paesch is a Systems Engineer who assists with energetics Joint Venture setup activities, manufacturing and pilot scale developments, and ETC’s AI/ML programs. Previously, he worked at Lockheed Martin as a Propulsion Engineer in Advanced Programs, where he conducted propulsion unit trade studies, designed and integrated propulsion systems, and oversaw suppliers and process improvement. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
