Mr. Gonzales has over 34 years of experience in weapon systems development and acquisition for the Department of Defense (DoD). At ETC, Mr. Gonzales contributes to national security initiatives while supporting the southern Maryland community’s goals. As a DoD’s Senior Executive Service member, he oversaw significant defense acquisition programs for the Office of the Secretary of Defense valued at over $70 billion annually. Jose has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master of Public Administration Degree from Virginia Tech. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the College of Southern Maryland and is a 30-year resident of Charles County.
