Mr. Paulin’s duties focus primarily on efforts associated with the Indian Head FastFORWARD initiative. Indian Head FastFORWARD is an initiative to cultivate the energetics science and technology ecosystem. The focus is to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division and the economic development and revitalization of the Town of Indian Head and surrounding community. Paulin has spent the last several years working in the Town of Indian Head, specifically on its revitalization and economic development initiatives, bettering the community where he grew up. He was integral in creating and developing the CSM Velocity Center, Maryland Technology Center, Potomac River Boardwalk, and many other projects. Mr. Paulin holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
