Josiah Lerman started with ETC in October 2021 in support of the Army Research Laboratory PIA (ARL). He has a mind for writing and research analysis, which aids in the program’s contribution to the United States national security enterprise. Josiah graduated from the Dominican School of Philosophy and Theology with a Master of Arts Degree in Philosophy.
