Mr. Gargano maintains the IT systems for ETC. He began working with ETC in 2009, supporting the Navy STEM outreach program in elementary, middle, and high schools across Southern Maryland. Since then, he has worked on various Army and Navy projects, including website development, web-based interactive historical timeline design and development, database design, and other technical tasks. Shane has an Associate of Applied Science in Information System Security Degree from the College of Southern Maryland and a Bachelor of Science Degree in CyberSecurity from the University of Maryland University College.
