Ms. Crespo supports the Navy SBIR/STTR programs conducting outreach for the DON Underrepresented Outreach Project. She helps bring awareness to the DON SBIR/STTR programs by steadily engaging local economic development stakeholders. Rachel has experience developing internal strategic processes, marketing materials, and communication campaigns for external use. Before working at ETC, she worked as a Biomedical Technician, installing, maintaining, and ensuring the hospital’s medical equipment was safely functional. Ms. Crespo has a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Catholic University of America.
